Carlos was a partner at Bain & Company, Accenture and Kearney; as well as Head of corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions at Credicorp.
These projects include growth strategy, due diligence, post-acquisition integration, sales and distribution initiatives, supply chain, procurement and administrative cost reduction for companies in the consumer goods, financial services, retail, healthcare, education, transportation, chemicals and construction industries.
Carlos Niezen holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Technology Management from Columbia University. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Universidad de Pacifico. He has also published several articles in Harvard Business Review, MIT Journal and LSE Journal, among others, and has been interviewed on CNN en Español and other media.
Carlos is the author of “Mentalidad Estrategica”, one of the best-selling business books in the region, on strategy definition and execution. This book is based on his experiences and the quantitative study of companies in the region.
